I went in on Saturday, July 22nd. No sales rep was in the store at all. Waited about 10 minutes when an employee came in apologizing for not coming in sooner (he was outside smoking). Then he started talking to some one else who came on with him from outside. Finally an employee came in from the back of the store and said what do you need. They offer buy one get one free fans I asked to see those. He indicated those fans were in the back showed me where and then went to sit back behind the counter. No additional info offered. I went to the counter asked if they came in different colors. His response "Yes." That's it. I showed him a picture of a fan online asking if he had something comparable. He said let me look. He then told me all the features of the fan I found online. Good and bad parts and said no we don't have anything the same. Nor did he offer me a better or worse product. Nothing. Now customer service to me is key. Especially in this day and age. When I can find anything online. This place does a lot of advertising locally. So instead maybe they should spend some of that budget on customer service training. So is you go here avoid the salesperson with the dark hair and the beard. His attitude will encourage you to shop ANYWHERE else. Also there location has changed. Too bad zero stars wasn't an option.
