  • Skimos never fails to disappoint. I discovered this little gem about 4 months ago and am so glad I did. I consider myself a little bit of a coffee snob, and the coffee here is some of the best I have ever had. The flavor is incredibly smooth and robust! I spent some time chatting with one of the owners as he made my coffee one day and he filled me in on a little bit of their story and i was impressed at how much thought went in to opening the cafe.They take so much pride in the making of each cup. The atmosphere is relaxing and comfortable. The service is professional and friendly. Even some of the art on the walls was made by the owner. Go here!! Support local businesses!
