First off I want to thank Jessica for doing her job. Went to McDonald's on a Sunday night as I needed a bag of ice for Monday morning, figured it would be easier to go through the drive through than drive to gas station. I ordered the bag of ice and associate stated "we are out of ice" I left and let it go. Perhaps if their ice machine is small it is possible that they ran out of ice. One week later again on a Sunday night I needed ice again, I decided to call the store before hand to make sure they had ice available. The associate told me they have ice and the ice bags are available. About 4 minutes later I pull up to the drive through and order a bag of ice associate said "we are out of ice" at this point I mentioned that I just called and associate told me hey have ice. His response was " we don't sell bags of ice anymore" I was like what? How do you not sell ice? Associate then said "we are out of bags that is why we can't sell bags of ice" at that point I was annoyed and left. Weeks later I forgot to get ice at Walmart and decided to just try one more time since bags of ice is something McDonald's sells and advertises. I pull up to the window order 2 bags of ice Jessica is about to ring me up as she is asking her coworker for 2 bags of ice and her co worker immediately says "we are out of ice" seriously!!!! I let both of them know this is the third time I go and they say they are out of ice. Jessica tells me she will grab the ice for me. She leaves to get the ice and instead of helping her her coworker yells at her "hurry up we have a line forming" then asks me to pull over and they will bring it out. Management needs to get their staff in order and tell them to stop being lazy. Bags of ice is something they have available to customers and they can't keeps saying they are out just because they are too lazy and it might be too much work to scoop it into the bag. Come on guys that is ridiculous. Of course there are other places I can go for ice but like anyone else I was looking for the most convenient thing and paying for it.
