  • Before stopping in, I read the reviews and was a little concerned about the comments regarding the bread in the Cuban sandwiches being dry. However, please remember, these are not French dips, this is exactly how they are supposed be. The outside it toasted lightly and is supposed to be a little dry with the mustard moistening it up inside. The fried plantains were amazing, the mashed potato fried appetizer things were amazing, the black beans, and rice, sandwiches, all were absolutely authentic. But the best part, yes, the fat man knows, the best part was the flan over cake desert. Oh my lord, that was a great way to end the meal. Overall, I'm from Florida where Cuban restaurants are all over the place and this is as good or better than I have ever had. Great job.
