It's high pressure sales that starts with a high price and the more you say "no" the lower the price goes. We canceled the next day and they still tried to lower the price more. But they had already charged our credit card, after the salesmen said they wouldn't. It took several calls to them and a lot of my time getting the run around trying to get our money back. Which we finally did after over 2 weeks of hassles.
If they sold good quality product at a fair price it should sell itself and not with high pressure sales and gimmet prices. Their retail price was $11k and came down to 4k. We priced better quality carpet for a lot less. We won't do business with dishonest people.
Bottom line: Buy somewhere else and don't give them a credit card.
