  • Have used Damien for 9 months and done a lot of work with him. He responds instantly to phone calls and emails. Had a new VPS pump and filter system installed. It was complex and set up iPhone controls. We are new at the pool maintenance game so we needed to rely on his advice. When issues occurred or got complicated he has a very defensive side. Training us on pool cleaning schedules through the seasons was left to us. Followup on some small items was not done. He hired new unexperienced help and our pool almost went green. His costs for major work are high while maintenance is reasonable. Just beware he can be difficult to deal with and always pushed problems as ours. He will respond that we are the problem, so just be aware. After his trainee did poor, he blamed us, we requested Damien back, he called and dropped us cold. No time to get a replacement. I think he is getting in overload mode. Personally, nice guy. Talk business, problems and money, stand back. Beware. Sensitive. I carefully wrote this truthfully and with respect.
