Yikes..... I read the poor reviews yet decided to try and give these guys my business anyway. My initial phone call went well and not consistent with previous reviews. When I called back to confirm, I immediately began to regret my decision as my telephone communications went poorly. The person who answered contradicted what I had previously been told, my subsequent message was not returned, and when I finally got the original person they basically said the job of repairing my ECM would take from 2 days to 2 months. I am not sure who was more confused by the end of my call.
I decided against bringing my ECM for service based on poor communication, and the shops refusal to make an appointment and provide the industry standard 2-5 day turn around for ECM testing and repair.
If your a consumer looking for reliable repair services - look elsewhere.
