  • I ordered business cards before thanksgiving and 1 week later no art work was even completed. I had a graphic artist send over a file in which was printed on December 7. When I came to pick them up they were wrong but i was told that it was my art work so I paid. A month later they would not redue my cards even though they Knew their printing company screwed up. They then wanted me to repay to have the cards printed. When I looked at the copy of the file they printed off, I had realized that both colors have been missed printed incorrectly by their company. I was treated with no respect even though I've been a customer there for 15 years. It was the worst customer service experience I've ever had and the owner hid behind her cross even though she knew that the printing company had made a mistake and still wanted to charge me. These are unethical business practices and I would never have anything done here if you expect to have service or it done on time or Correct
