  • I took my Lexus IS250C to Arrowhead Lexus on 11/19/2012 for an oil change. Chris, a service advisor, quoted me $85.00. I knew this amount was not in the range I previously have paid. I left and today went to Earnhardt Scottsdale Lexus and my service advisor, Rick, charged me $54.95. I just finished speaking with the Arrowhead General Manager, Scott, who was not at all interested, nor offered an apology or explination, nor concerned that word of mouth is their worst enemy. Oh and by the way, I am a women!
