It's quite difficult trying to find a parking spot on a weekday morning if you're taking a train after 7:45 am. This is even with a 5 level parking garage that was newly built a few years ago. However, on a weekend there are no problems finding a spot to park. With more trains running starting at the end of the year the commute downtown is all the more convenient. I'd much rather pay $8.26, on the Presto card, than have to be stuck on the Viva and then TTC trying to get downtown.
Edit: I forgot to mention that the bus drivers are some of the friendliest around. One even had a string of Christmas lights on his side of the windshield.
