  • They sell over priced garbage. Waterworks are the worst quality fixtures you will find. We bought them for 3 bathrooms and they are horrible. the quality when it works is even sub par. One shower gets hot when someone uses the cold water. Seriously at the price they charge they surely should have a temp control valve in them. We have one shower set that never worked and we have had a plumber come back numerous times to fix it on our nickel and still doesn't work. Absolutely ridiculous. Avoid them at all costs and just use a more normal and better quality solution like Moen.
