  • I asked for an estimate for a walkdeck redo and replacement of underlayment of my entire roof. The underlayment replacement was a bit steep compared to other estimates. I attribute that to them sellling what appears (to my untrained eye) to be a Rolls-Royce roof. I was looking for an excellent roof, but since I don't plan on owning this house for generations, I could not justify the added expense. The walkdeck came in priced comparably. They recommended a Ply-Dek product, which took about 4 days to install. Dave, the Installer, was very professional and courteous. With a single subjective issue regarding final cosmetics on the final walk-though, Jeremy, the Project Lead, was very in tune with full customer satisfaction. We reviewed the project and both he and Dave suggested options to complete the project. The project was finalized and both my wife and I could not be happier with the final outcome, in regard to price, quality, and appearance! Of course, always get your 3 estimates, and if Lyons comes in with a bid you find affordable, I would not hesitate to use them. From Sierra at the main office to the the folks on the ground, they were all very professional and responsive and seemed to have all their bases covered.
