  • I have another good year location 2min from my home, but I drove out all the way to this one because they were able to give me an appointment at 11am and they said it would take 45min to complete. I arrive for my appointment sunday 2-26 at 11am and the guy tells me that my oil change would be done till 5pm and I would need to leave my car there! What is the point of scheduling appointments if they don't honor them and then give me another story. I wasted my time with them. Horrible managnent!
