  • I've been going to this Apple Store for since it opened. Other than the fact that you have to make an appointment to get any type of real help, these guys are great. A couple of times I was having trouble with my Mac and they would always diagnose it for free. Had a bad keyboard, they just gave me a new one in exchange. Installed my own HD and it didn't work, the guy at the genius bar told me exactly what to do and I fixed myself once I got home. Most places would rather charge you $50 just to look at it! Apple Store will always be my first stop for any Apple related problems! Keep up the good work!
