  • Completely dissatisfied with this primary care physician. I have only seen Joyce Change once on my first visit and have since seen a different person every single time. They don't know how to deal with patients on a person to person basis and they treat you like a "first name, last name and birthday" rather than an individual. They have messed up my blood work lab paperwork and have caused me to do their work for them by contacting the lab and the bill collectors myself. When trying to clear this up with the Dr's office, they had no clue as to what they did and didn't offer any assistance or apologies. They try to figure out any possible way to squeeze out a visit and $10 copay from you by only giving three month refills and obliging you to come in and give blood ever three months even though their Sahara location doesn't take blood after 3pm, which of course they don't tell you until you're there at 3:15 (there's another appointment for them). Overall dealing with them has been a pain in my neck. Will be happily finding another pc physician.
