| - It is definitely unique that Biwon offers both unlimited sushi as well as unlimited Korean barbecue, and that you can get one or both. The restaurant is fairly big as well.
I was feeling sushi when I went, so opted for just AYCE sushi. There were only two sushi chefs initially, and they seemed a bit overwhelmed between the sushi-only patrons and making all of the sushi orders for people having Korean barbecue. Even though I sat at the bar, it took quite some time for all of my various sushi orders to be made. They eventually added a third sushi chef, but this is definitely still an area for improvement.
As for the sushi itself, it was not bad, pretty standard for AYCE sushi. I don't remember anything wow-ing me, or anything really standing out as unique. The price was typical for AYCE sushi, and I enjoyed my meal.
Service again was good and I was checked on appropriately, but it could be hard to flag down a waitress for non-sushi orders (appetizers, water) and again, the sushi itself was made slowly, not exactly ideal when there is a 90-minute time limit.
I think I should come back to try the Korean barbecue side!
