  • I should have visited here first. I have a broken sliding glass door and just wanted to replace it with french doors. A bit of an emergency since our auto-close device has pulled the frame off the back of the sliding door and it seems the door is barely holding together. We will not be using RBA becasue I couldn't even get throught the appointment scheduling phase. You'll see when you call. Even for this one problem they wanted 90mins for what I assume is a marketing push for their services or explain their cost. Not sure as we didn't get that far. It seems they are really proud of this presentation and explain how they will walk you through the mysterious window ordering process and become your window I simply wanted a quick, relatively emergency repair and it felt like I was signing up for a time share half way through the interview. When they wanted, or demanded, that both my wife and I be there for the quote, I said that wouldn't happen. I told her we both weren't going to take off time from work just for a quote to get 1 door replaced. That seemed to be a deal breaker for the quote and I saw no reason to continue and hung up.
