  • Ok, Mr. Lube stations are what they are...They offer convenient drive-in service, if you're willing to put up with inflated prices, being relentlessly up-sold unnecessary products/services, and having your car serviced by mostly high school kids. Regardless, I have come here over the years on and off, due to the previously mentioned convenience. After my last visit though, I will definitely not return. When getting my standard oil change, the woman servicing my vehicle, Paula, cracked my windshield with the force she used to slam the metallic part of the squeegee. I did not notice the crack forming until I returned home with better lighting, but there is no way she didn't notice it forming since part of her job was to "inspect" the windshield. Sure, it's very possible I had a tiny unnoticed chip that ultimately lead to the crack, but her recklessness at the least contributed to the problem - she slammed the metal against my windshield so loud, I actually jumped. I contacted the store to inform them of the issue, with no response. No surprise...will definitely NOT be back.
