  • I headed over to the Glendale Great Skate to get my skate on, and I really enjoyed myself. At first I was a little hesitant to go because I'm an adult, but I went on a Monday and it was more of a family atmosphere. Also, there were plenty of adults. The music was current, the employees are very friendly, and they have fun games like "stop and go" and skate backwards. They also have a "referee" on the floor most of the time to help fallen children. I heard they have Ladies' night on Sunday nights, so I'll definitely be checking it out. Be sure to check the schedule on their website to pick the best times for you!
