  • This was my first experience at la belle femme where I used my Groupon voucher for one facial. Arzina (the owner of the spa) was very welcoming, and was gentle on my skin after I informed her of my eczema. All the products she used on my face were quite soothing and nothing irritated my skin, which was a plus! However, the ambience isn't very spa-like as the noise isn't isolated (it is connected to a hair salon). Also, the lights were on (and they were bright), which made it more difficult to relax. Overall, my skin felt really nice after the facial and Arzina gave me a sample cream to try, which was a kind gesture. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and would recommended the groupon deal :)
