  • This is the only time we have ever won big in Vegas! Seven years ago we purchased a condo and Fadra Kyle at First Serve did an excellent job managing it. Since we were out of town owners I was concerned about how allowing someone else manage our property might go. However, Fadra took care of everything so well we often forgot we owned it! Then a few months ago we decided to sell the condo and Fadra's husband, Bryan, listed it and sold it in just a few days. He was professional, prompt, and on top of everything throughout a very short sales process. We doubled our money and could not have done it without this real estate duo!
