  • Walked in, and no one in sight to welcome me. Then receptionist runs up and blurts out, "What's your name?" No welcoming words. Then she thumbs through some papers and says in an annoyed tone, "Jesus Christ" because she's obviously ready to end her day and doesn't want to deal with the front desk help. She answers the phone so fast and furious, can barely understand her. Then she's slams the phone down. NOT the experience I want after a long day at work and trying to wind down.
