Make sure that you check in at the counter when you get there. If you come in and wander around waiting for someone to help you, you'll be there all day watching other people try on shoes.
I go to Lucky Shoes every year for my kids' back to school shoes because I know that they will be properly fitted and the shoes will last. That is worth the high price of the shoes to me. However, this year I'm taking my business to the Belden Village store because of the poor customer service that I have received at the Fairlawn location in the past. Most of the employees are lovely but there is one woman there that is just foul. Rude, short tempered, and all around unfriendly. Not a good combination when you're dealing with children and mothers who are about to plunk down hundreds of dollars for shoes.
