  • What I expected to be an extremely dull eight hours turned out to be actually enjoyable (relative to the nature of the affair). Lisa was an amazing instructor; bubbly, humorous, and extremely personable. I really felt like she cares deeply about our well-being, and wasn't just there to chastise us or bore us to death. I was surprised how much I laughed!
