The good thing about this location is that there's tons of SHADED outdoor seating. Also, there is a fountain. This is important because it makes you feel that you're some place fancy, rather than in a parking lot, drinking a $9 ice cream coffee drink. It's a touch of class.
That said, inside, like all Starbucks, there's no empty seats because of all the people working on their memoirs or whatever, nursing a tall black coffee for hours.
The service is usually really prompt. The only problem is that because they're at a super busy intersection, they tend to run out of ingredients for drinks. :'-(
