| - I have been all over the strip from the Hotel, Mandalay, Bellagio, Cesars, Venetian, and my current fav Wynn/Encore. So I love those high end hotels with their famous chef restaurants and their luxury perks but for an off the strip hotel M is Amazing!!! We went there this past weekend. We didn't stay there, shoot I never heard of it my cousin the local told us we should go check it out and so we did. We arrived late friday night and wanted something to eat and we went to go eat at the Red Cafe at midnight. There was a line which was a surprise to us for a new hotel 15 minutes from the strip really odd and then we get seated after 15 minutes and we find out why. They have Red Cafe specials from 11pm-6am that means $3.95 for these marked specials!!! And these specials aren't leftovers they consisted of a hamburger topped with portebello mushroom and onion rings (not the ordinary onion rings but yardhouse big chunky onion rings!) all this for $3.95 and you know the burger is good if they ask you how you want it cooked!! Yes a medium-rare mushroom hamburger w/ onion rings man that's a steal and of course you may think oh it's not going to be good but it was AWESOME!! It was so yummy and cooked perfectly w/ a nice pink center totally juicy. So that definitely set up our M experience.
They offer complimentary beverages around the casino so that means fountain drinks for free!! Any coke brand drink you may want!! Awesome.
So after that we had to try all their other restaurants we ate at the buffet for brunch on Sunday it was an awful wait we waited 1.5 hrs there was so many people. But very well worth the wait it cost $19.95 for Sunday Brunch which is crazy cheap (Wynn Brunch is $37.50). The buffet food was good they had crab legs both cold and steamed!! Who does that?! They had fresh oysters and all other small dishes are good!! They offer complimentary beer and wine!! And I saved the best for last the Dessert bar!! OMG the best part I will pay $20 for just the dessert bar it was so good!! They had macaroons (I smuggled them home it was that good), eclairs, chocolate souffee, cream puffs, cake, crepes etc etc same stuff but all is good!! And they have a gelato bar which is has a great selection of flavors and which is yummy. And they also offer flavored freshly brewed to how you want it coffee!! Very yum!!
Then for dinner we had dinner at Terzetto their fine dining steakhouse. It is real swanky and trendy. They have an open kitchen you can watch them make your steak which is mouth watering!! They had a great view of their beautiful pool too I wish we could have eaten outside but it was way to cold and windy. Dinner was great I had a prime filet mignon reasonably priced and my cousins had the lamb chops and tomahawk rib eye (amazingly big tasty and man it was only $42 affordable compared to other fine dining steak houses on the strip). Everything was great and delicious I still dream of that food. We ordered a chocolate souffee and while we waited there was a mistake in the kitchen not sure what happened but our waiter came out w/ more dessert white chocolate cheesecake and bread pudding complimentary!! Wow, what a way to celebrate my birthday by gaining 20lbs at dinner!! Amazing!
So we ate there most of the weekend and we spent our money well and loved everything we ate!! I recommend the M for it's restaurants. I'll review the hotel I will be staying there for sure later this month. The pool was calling out my name!! It was so beautiful!! It'll be the place to be this summer. Looks like they'll have pool concerts there this summer. It has to be the most beautiful pool set up and I've been to Rehab, Bare, Wet Republic and Mandalay Bay pools.
We checked out the hotel room prices very affordable for the type of accommodations they offer. It's comparable to a trendy swanky style of Wynn. I'd love to say at their loft suite one day! Go check it out it is like Red Rock but I think way better if red rock is like fire and earth the M is water and air. Check it out it's my new fav hotel!! Great prices and great quality. I loved it obviously! lol
