  • The perfect running shoe is SO important for runners. Stylish running shoes are just as important for girls who run. Well... that was a big fat generalization. Let me rephrase that. The right shoes that are stylish--crucial for this gal right here. Yup. Sure is. It is vital to my training regimen. I decided I wanted to run another half marathon and I wanted a new pair of stylish shoes to kick off my new fitness program and make it official. Yelped pointed me here and shoe hunting I went. A solid running store will offer a gait analysis (where the observe your running technique/biomechanics of your gait) and check out the wear pattern on your current running shoes (if you have em').
