  • Chocolat Favoris is my favorite ice cream shop in the world (with PinkBerry coming in a close 2nd - although that is fro-yo and nowhere in Montreal but I digress). Cream comes from the cows in the Charlevoix region and you can taste the difference. It's ice CREAM, not milk and water like Dairy Queen. You can dip it in chocolate of all sorts and they aren't cheap on the chocolate either. When it hardens it's about 2mm thick. Diabetics beware! This place is addictive; but I guess there are worse vices to have.
