  • Dropped in last weekend for a late Saturday lunch. The place was empty which was a blessing since we needed time to figure out how this place works. Once we figured out our pizza choice with carbon dough to share, we added a small kale Caesar which ended up being the perfect amount of food for two (plus a glass of wine each of course). Service was friendly and helpful in explaining how to order and what sizing might work best. We sat at the front big round table and enjoyed the oils to dip our crust. Room for improvement would be on the pizza itself. For what we paid, I would have loved a bit more toppings, spread further out around the pie. We had a lot of crust, but it was delicious!
