  • IMPRESSIVE... thanks to Miguel! Efficient, hard working, focused, and thorough! I had a bad experience with another pool service company that was first called upon when I needed attention to my pool pump motor that was not functioning. y warranty service then called in Southwest Pool Service and WOW! They booked in a two hour time window - I requested the last call of the day and Miguel phoned me at 8:00 am to let me know he would arrive between 3:00 and 5:00 pm. At 6:00 pm he communicated he was running behind but would still make the stop at our home. He arrived just before 7:00 pm. A long day of work for him and yet he arrived eager to handle our job which eventually came down to needing a new pump motor, covered by our warranty company. I was impressed with the time he took to discover the exact problem and then explain it to my husband and I. We will request Southwest Pool for all of our future needs and I highly recommend them!
