I was going to give this hotel just a middle of the road review, but it's 4 in the morning and the room next to me is loud. So I try to call the front desk from my room phone, and the line is busy. I try to call from the number I find on yelp, busy (probably same number I guess). I google and find a different number and speak to a human and tell her my room number and that it's the room next to me, and she says she'll send someone up to talk to them. Great.
Then I get a knock on my door. It's the security guard telling me that I need to turn down my music. I tell him, I'm the one who called, it's the room next door.
I just hope they never have to deal with any real emergencies.
And I'm still listening to my neighbor's music and voices.
Update: bumped it up to two stars bc I talked to Mark the manager about what happened and he was very apologetic and offered me a coffee.
