The technicians at the Dyson Service Center were fantastic. They greeted me promptly as I entered the service center, asked if there were any problems and took my vacuums for a "health" checkup. About 20 minutes later they returned the vacuums and indicated that they replaced the switch on one of the vacuums .... at no cost to me. They indicated that the vacuums were working properly and they helped me order an accessory for one of my vacuums. No pressure to have something fixed, just good old fashion customer service.
