  • Went to this studio back in November because my regular girl was booked and needed to get my lashes done before leaving To go out of town. BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER. They make you choose from a sheet of paper what type of lashes you want and when the girl took me back, she insisted that I do the classics, probably because she couldn't do the other styles. The entire time she decided to talk about politics and it made me super uncomfortable. There are some things that should be left unsaid and she clearly had no common sense. When we finished, my lashes felt like they were a hard cheap plastic. My eyes were red and irritated and she showed me and I almost started to cry. After getting my lashes done professionally since April and now seeing this bullshit that was put on my eyes was horrific. I've never been so mortified. I just wanted to get out of the store asap. The lash tech tried to get me to buy mascara, which should never be put on your lashes, ever. And she continued to insist. The ladies up front even noticed it. When she walked away I politely told the front lady I wasn't going to be buying that. They looked at my lashes too with horror. I sent pictures to my regular lash tech and she told me to get them removed asap. I called the next day and sent the manager pictures of my lashes which she took hours to get back to me and insisted that I come back in to get them fixed. I told her that I didn't want anyone there touching my eyes ever again and that I was getting them removed. I had to go to a different amazing lash where they charged me $40 to remove the lashes. Which was also incredibly wrong considering it was less than 24 hours. I was refunded my $80 for my full set but still don't want anyone else to ever go through what I did.
