  • I type this as I sit in here. Luckily I am the only one in here at this time so it is lovely and quiet. The room is clean and inviting. The owner seems lovely and knowledgeable. My only "complaint" was that it seems the owner had a young family member working the front desk and although she was pleasant, she did not initiate contact with me. I didn't see her behind a poster at the front desk and she allowed me to stand there waiting. Other than that, my experience was pleasant and I hope this therapy clears up my congestion. Day 2 of my experience and Day 2 was MUCH better. The owner recognized me and greeted me by name today which made me feel special. The door to the salt room was kept closed so there was a great deal more saltiness to the experience. Although my cough isn't completely gone, I will come back. It was a great, calming experience.
