  • About an year ago, me and my wife bought a very nice bread toaster, that we ended up using on a regular basis, from Bestbuy. Last week though, something was up with it and it wouldn't keep the bread slices down so they would toast. As I knew I'm not much of a handyman, we went down to Bestbuy in order to get it fixed or at least to get some advice on what to do with it. It turned out that they were actually willing to fix it for us or, giving the fact that it wasn't past its guarantee, replace it with a new one if ours couldn't be fixed anymore. Lucky for us, we ended up with a brand new one in just two days after we took the old one to the store. Awesome system, really helpful people and very nice products. We are actually considering buying a new washing machine from them next month!
