HORRIBLE customer service. The greeters were extremely rude and unwelcoming, giving me dirty looks when I asked a question. I decided to still try this place out despite them, due to the simple fact that I LOVE the sugar factory. Well, I was disappointed because this place does not compare to the sugar factory in any aspects. After being seated my waitress set menus on the table and walked away before greeting us. She then grabbed our wine glasses (before asking if we wanted any wine) and replaced them with small water glasses. At this point she still did not say anything to us. Serval minutes later she finally approached us and asked if we were ready to order and never offered us drinks. Throughout the entire meal she wanted very little to do with us. She would set down our food while turning her head and leaving before we could talk.
The menu is much smaller, less variety, and their dessert menu is very poor. The food is overpriced, I could barely get anyone to give me service, talk to me, or even look at me for that matter. The view of the water show is gorgeous, but not worth it. The interior is also a failed attempt to look classy; mismatched furniture and decor. I also sat in a wicker chair, more proof that this place is a failed 5-star attempt. I do not plan on returning.
