  • I would suggested you give Allison a call when you are in Vegas. I also give her company a 5 stars even thought we did not have a chance to ride with Allison. We booked the bike ride for Tuesday and pick up at our hotel. Our younger son was 11years old, Apparently on their website some where it states 14 and older. We did not see that statement and on trip advisor some comments state for all ages. When Allison pick us up she asked us the age of our son,and when she found out he is only 11. She try to help us find a way to let him ride, she even let him ride the bike in the hotel parking lot to make sure is not too heavy for him to handle. We end up not going and Allison was very professional about this whole thing. The whole time she was very patient with our family and told our son he can ride more to get the feel for the bike. Our son was very disappointed when we decided not to go and Allison even try to make him feel better. This is true customer services, it showed that this company cares about their relationships with their clients and not just about making money. (there is not too many of them out there) We will go back and see her in the future. Thank you Allison.
