  • DO NOT RENT HERE! They do not respond to maintenance requests. My stove has broken 3 time and it takes 2 weeks each time, and it is broke again still waiting for it to be fixed. Then yesterday my A/C intake vent started dripping water in the apartment. I put in a priority 1 request with no response. Today it started leaking a steady stream out of it so I called the emergency maintenance line with no response. So I went to the office and they told me it wasnt a priority unless the temperature in my apartment was above 80°. So I'm stuck with a giant pot in my hallway because it fills up a small container to quickly. I can't run my microwave for more then 30 seconds without it throwing the breaker. Which is awesome. The gated community is a joke there is a 2' wall that goes particularly around the complex and the main gates stay open during business hours. Security here is a joke. Due to the condition in which I moved here it was site unseen from another state. If I had seen this place before I would have never moved in.
