3 stars because service for dine in is a 1, but the food is a 5. I recommend getting take out if you want to try this place. We waited for over 20 minutes to be seated and realized they weren't going in order of arrival. When finally seated we had no menus and had to wait another 5 or so minutes for those. Drink order about 5 minutes later. Food order about 15 minutes after drinks came. Food arrival a good 45 minutes after being seated. The food thankfully made up for the ridiculous wait, but by that point we were out of drinks and even after asking for refills waited another 15 minutes or so for them to arrive. The waitress constantly reminded us that "they were busy" which began to make us feel like an inconvenience to her since it never was accompanied with an apology for the wait.
Now the food was excellent. I highly recommend the spicy wonton appetizer (not very spicy at all) in the peanut sauce, wonton soup, and cashew chicken. All were very good and I would consider getting them via takeout in the future.
