  • THE GOOD: The only good thing I can say regarding the current staff is about Dee (Sales Agent). She ALWAYS greets tenants with a smile, is quick to respond to issues and does what she can to move things along, within the authority she's allotted. THE REST OF THE STORY: Spend your money ELSEWHERE. Old structures and the managing company apparently has no plan to ever upgrade. Maintenance is a joke because you get poor repairs and the cleanliness of lobby and elevators happens when you complain to office staff. Competing properties have no worries when it comes to Quarterside.
