  • Been a loyal customer for about a year now but I just can't anymore. The staff are always courteous and helpful, but the actual cleaning is hit-or-miss. They've put pins in my wife's expensive clothes, they've used starch after I repeatedly asked them not to--it gives me a rash on my neck--and the worst is that they're in such a rush to get all their items pressed that items end up pressed wrong with creases in incorrect spots. This has happened to my wife's jacket and happens to my dress shirt collars. Every. Single. Time. They're great about redoing items for free but I'm tired of them not getting it right the first time. I'd love to keep going back, but it's not worth it if they can't press a collar right and I have to redo it at home. I'm over it. No amount of smiles and "sorry, we'll redo it for free" are worth it. I'll just find a place that gets my shirts right the first time.
