  • My first buying experience with Carmax was excellent. I will never go anywhere else. My sales person was Eric, and he was extremely helpful and not pushy. It was a seamless experience. There was a tiny bit of plastic missing from the console latching mechanism and they replaced it within a two week period...and Tyger Hazlett's customer service is impeccable! She has an astute knowledge of people and knows how to make you feel entirely special. She had the part ordered super quickly and i was in and out within an hour, and that included a complimentary car wash and they FILLED UP MY CAR WITH GAS TOO! They have really exceeded my expectations. I am very grateful for this treatment and lucky to have been given these people for services at Carmax. 6 Stars!
