  • As everyone else has reported sales department was good but rush you through and verbally say things that don't get taken care of no car mats no spare tire tried to tell me there is only and inflating machine...... that does nothing with a tire blow out. Was told I had free life time tinting and that I could sign a waiver to tint them darker NOPE stated only back can be tinted darker, went to get it serviced today and get back windows tinted darker as I stated when making the appointment and just got a call from steve stating that he never stated that was free but yet that's what we were talking about he was talking over me trying to say that he said something other than what was said I am not stupid and cant tell me I didn't hear what I herd. They say I can pay to have them tinted darker but that's not included in the 20,000 price....... so unhappy with this company this is the 4th time I have had to bring the car to them in phoenix from deep san tan valley good 1 hr & 20 min drive. I would personally never buy from courtesy or thorobred chev again and will not be back for any services.
