  • DO NOT USE!! Terrible customer service and even worse tech skills! Rob (or bob) made a mistake on a scan and did not attach it properly. As the documents were time sensitive it was important and when I called and politely asked him to resend it he was not helpful and insisted that I was not opening it properly. In the most condescending tone started to literally yell!! I told him that three different people were trying to open it and that it was not sent the right way. He continues to yell. I can not believe his unhelpful business manners!!
