  • Our water heater appeared to be broken and we are interested in tankless water heaters. I called around and eventually called "The Water Heater Man" and spoke to Randy. What an incredibly informative, patient, kind person he was. My husband fixed the issue with the current water heater (it was the breaker that had turned itself off after a power surge) so we won't be buying one right now. I just wanted to let other people know about this great business.
