  • Is am only giving this very unprofessional agent Joshua a one star because in order to give a review I have too. Josh was very unprofessional and mean to my mom who is in her late 70,s when she was trying to cancel her policy. I witnessed his rude and unprofessionalism while speaking to my mom Andrea Fischer. She was told to send a letter of cancelation for her home and cars. Only after for no reason her premiums were increased 10% during her renewal month. She is in her late 70's and never has a claim. Josh could not explain why her premium was increased. He would ignore her phone calls and insisted she write letters of cancellation. That was ridiculous!!!! He upset her so much and I had to help her prepare a letter as he was insistent on her policy can't be canceled without a letter. He was mean, defensive, and had the worse customer service I have ever witnessed. Shame on him for being so obnoxious and rude to my 78 year old mom. Never returns calls or emails. Don't use him he's a very mean man.
