  • I don't normally write reviews but for this I have to! I'll start by saying DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I used this company to move from Newport California to Las Vegas Nevada and it was one of the worst choices I ever made! First off the crew they sent was not the crew I was told they'd send and second the driver had an attitude (the other guy cliff was nice) which I was willing to look past if they did a good job. Well they didn't!! They were rushing to pad wrap things and did a poor job which resulted in breaking my one month old Sony 65" flat screen tv I actually had asked them to be careful with! To make things even worse they just dropped things in the new house and ran out like it was on fire! Didn't put my stuff back together at all I had to do it myself even though I paid them too. After they left I realized my tv was broken and so I called them they pretended to care and said they would have the boss call me back two days later NO CALL BACK! I then have to play the call while they duck me game! When I finally get ahold of them they act like they have no idea about my problem then proceed to tell me they will only give me 100 dollars off my move! 100 dollars for a 65" Sony flat screen are you kidding me! They then said if I don't like that generous offer(and yes they actually said that) I could file a claim but they will only be liable for 20 cents per pound so for a tv which is light id get around 30 dollars so it's my choice! Take it or leave it! If this sounds like a company for you have fun but I'd not recommended this awful excuse for a company on my worst enemy! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! I'd give them negative stars if I could!
