  • Please don't ever go to Oliver Jewellery either Downtown or Midtown. Their customer service is beyond horrible. They say one price and then when you go back to see them, they tell you a substantially lower price for buying your jewelry. They are rude and incredibly disrespectful. Whatever you do, don't do business with Joey or Jacob who are the biggest offenders. I've never met two more dishonest business people. I ended up going to Harold the Jeweler Buyer and got almost double what they offered me and more importantly I was treated with respect. No matter how desperate you are to sell your jewelry, you are not desperate enough to go to Oliver's.
