  • HORRIBLE! We made a online reservation a few weeks ahead of our trip and paid the whole amount. When we arrived they didn't have the car we PAID for and gave us a smaller one. When we asked about getting a discount they said it was through a 3rd party and that was why the one we reserved online wasn't available and they couldn't give us a discount. Very unhappy with overall service. We waited sooo long in line we just wanted to get out of there, but should have pushed harder!
