  • Tried to cancel my membership, and I have to drive to the location and pay a fee to get it canceled. Can't cancel over the phone, online. Have to send CERTIFIED mail with a form to say "I'm canceling" or go in person to sign a paper just for the privilege of paying my cancellation fee. What a joke. Take your business elsewhere.
